Boat lovers...  You are home! 

Deering Bay is home to 3 marinas and some beautiful yachts.

• The main marina has 77 slips and can accommodate boats up to 110 feet.

Largo di Verona marina has 16 slips and can accommodate boats up to 30 feet.

• The third marina which recently opened, consists of 20 slips and can accommodate boats up to 120 feet.

 Seperate Club/Marina membership is required to use the marinas and many facilities at Deering Bay.  Club applications are available at the Clubhouse and acceptance is at the discretion of the club.  Club membership is NOT automatic for residents and we at www.DeeringBayRealEstate.com are a seperate entity completely.
